Over time, we perform various updates (especially over the weekend), and some of them require users to clear their data files, cookies, and cache for the platform to function properly. Here you will find simple instructions on how to do it in case of any platform issues! We strongly recommend that you use Google Chrome, as the application is optimized for it!

If the 'Clear Cache' button on the login page doesn't work for some reason, follow these steps: On PC, simply press CTRL + SHIFT + R together. Or check this manual for clearing all data on PC or phone—this will work in all cases. This is the best method for deleting data, as it removes all problematic areas completely. We recommend using this method, regardless of which browser you are using.

1) Open your Google Chrome web browser on your computer. In the top right corner, click on the three-dot menu to open Settings.

2) From the list, select Clear browsing data.

3) A window titled Clear browsing data will appear. At this step, it’s crucial to ensure the following options are selected: Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files

4) Change the Time range from Last 24 hours to All time. ⚠️ Important! This step is essential – if you don’t set the time range to "All time," the platform may not work correctly!

5) Once the Time range is set to All time and the required options are selected, click Clear data. Finally, refresh the page or close and reopen the platform. You should now be able to log in, and the platform will work correctly.

1) Open the Google Chrome web browser on your mobile phone. In the top right corner, tap the three-dot icon to open Settings.

2) From the list, select Clear browsing data.

3) A window titled Clear browsing data will appear. Tap on the Last 15 minutes option and select All time. ⚠️ Important! This step is crucial – you must select "All time." If you don’t, the platform may not function correctly.

4) After selecting All time, tap the Clear data button. Finally, refresh the page, close and reopen the Google Chrome browser or the platform, log in again and everything should work properly.

1. In your Chrome browser, enter the address webtrader.rf-trader.com. After the initial page loads, click on the lock icon located in front of the web address.

2. A window will appear where you select the option Cookies and site data.

3. In the following window, choose the option Manage cookies and site data.

4. After the window opens, click on the trash can icon.

5. In the next window, choose the option Done.

6. Finally, all you need to do is Reload the page by clicking on the button, or use CTRL+SHIFT+R for clear cache and the best result.

1. In your Firefox browser, enter the address webtrader.rf-trader.com. After the homepage loads, click on the padlock icon located in the address bar.

2. A window will appear where you select the option Cookies and site data.

3. The Remove Cookies and Site Data window will appear. Select the option to Remove.

4. Finally, refresh the page using the button shown in the image.

Opera browser: Clear cookie

1. In your Firefox browser, enter the address webtrader.rf-trader.com. After the homepage loads, click on the padlock icon located in the address bar.

2. An window will appear where you select the option Cookies.

3. In the following window, make sure that webtrader.rf-trader.com is selected and click on the Delete button.

4. Then close the window by clicking on the Done button.

5. Finally, just reload the page by clicking on the button highlighted in the image. You can then log in using your login details.

Safari browser: Mac

1. Open the Safari browser and click on the "Safari" option in the top menu bar.

2. Go to Preferences.

3. In Preferences, select the Privacy tab and click on the box named "Manage website data..."

4. In the search bar, search for the name "rf-trader". Select the "rf-trader" mark and click on "Remove".

5. Confirm the removal by clicking "Done".

1. On your mobile device, open Settings and go to the Safari section.

2. Scroll all the way down and click on the option for Advanced.

3. On the next page, select the option for Website Data.

5. In the list of websites, find rf-trader.com and click on it.

6. After clicking on rf-trader, you will see the option to Delete. Click on Delete and then click on the Done option in the up right corner.

1. In your Chrome browser, enter the web address mwebtrader.rf-trader.com. Once the homepage is loaded, click on the lock icon.

2.This will bring up a window with the option to Cookies and site data. Click on this option.

3. A window with Cookie and site data will open, and you'll see an icon in the shape of a trash can. Click on this icon.

4. A window will appear asking if you really want to delete all files and data from the rf-trader website. Click on the option to Delete.

5. Finally, refresh the page by clicking the reload button. Now you can log in using your login credentials.

1. In your Firefox browser, enter the web address mwebtrader.rf-trader.com. After the initial page loads, click on the lock icon.

3. Navigate to the location settings and scroll down to the option to CLEAR DATA. Click on this option.

4. Finally, refresh the page by clicking the reload button. You can now log in using your credentials.
